The information we collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Lingo Staffing website. We may record IP addresses to monitor website usage. On some pages, you can order services, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages may include your name, address, email, phone, fax, and billing information. On some pages, you may also be asked to provide voluntary information about yourself, such as demographic and interest data, to help us improve our services.
The way we use information

- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website; we do not use it to identify you by name. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Bullhorn (recruitment communications). Our recruitment platform, Bullhorn, sets a cookie that lets us recognize when someone who received one of our emails visits the site, so the right team member can follow up. You can opt out by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing privacy@lingostaffing.com.
- Essential cookies. A few features, such as our online safety-training portal, use cookies that are required for the feature to work. They contain no marketing or advertising data.
- Training portal sign-in and records. When you sign in to our safety-training portal, we collect your name and the email address or mobile number you provide, send a one-time sign-in code to it, and keep a record of the courses you open and complete and any certificate or acknowledgement issued to you. Your name and a masked contact appear on the course pages and certificates you view, so a record can be traced to the person it was issued to. We use this information only to deliver the training, keep your training record on file with your Lingo branch, and let an employer verify a certificate you present. It is not sold or used for marketing.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work, though features that depend on cookies may not.
Business visitor identification
We also use IP-based business identification to recognize which organizations engage with our website, so our team can follow up with relevant staffing information. This identifies businesses at the organization level using network/IP data — it does not identify individual visitors by name, and we do not sell this information. To opt out of business identification, email privacy@lingostaffing.com.
How you can correct or update your information
You may obtain a summary of the personal information we have retained about you, and you may request that we correct or dispose of that information, except for personal information we need to complete a transaction with you or to maintain proper business records.
SMS / text-message notifications & consent
Lingo Staffing may send SMS (text-message) notifications related to your employment and job search, including job-opportunity updates, interview confirmations, documentation reminders, and other employment notifications.
Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in to our SMS notifications, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at that number and consent to receive recurring messages from Lingo Staffing. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages unless you opt back in. You may also email info@lingostaffing.com to be removed.
Mobile opt-in privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Privacy & data security
Personal information collected by Lingo Staffing is used solely for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the information in our care.
Dispute resolution
By using this website and our services, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through individual arbitration, and you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
